The egProductions.com SETI work group Have you ever looked up into the night sky and wondered if we are the only intelligent life in our universe? Ever tier of endless babble about UFOs or ridiculous Sci-Fi movies that make space travel look effortless? The truth of the matter is, we may never know the answers to the big question, unless we look for signs of intelligence for our selves, and zooming across the galaxy is not reality. However looking for radio waves that an intelligent civilization (like our own) produces from technologies that broadcast its existents daily, could produce real results. Now you too can help in the search. SETI@home is a project that uses your computer to analyze raw data gathered from the Radio Telescope at Arecibo. It works in the form of a screen saver and while your computer sets ideal it runs the program that could discover the existence of extra terrestrial intelligence.
